We offer complimentary delivery to Australia. The estimated transit time is 4–5 working days following dispatch.
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no additional duties, taxes or import charges to pay upon delivery.
Backorder items will ship by the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order contains both backorder and in-stock items, the complete order will be dispatched once all items are available.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns from Australia must be sent to our UK warehouse. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping using a tracked and insured service. DMY Studios cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” or “Return to Sender.” Any import charges incurred on the returned parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
